Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the software development services industry and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the software development services sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve business strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

 

  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in business development and sales.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance performance and achieve targets.

 Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the software development services industry.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Sales Skills:Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Industry Knowledge:Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Relationship Management:Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial metrics.
  • Team Player:Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-Motivation:Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Experience in international sales or working with global clients.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
